My name is Bobby Milnes and I am from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The alcohol rules in Wisconsin greatly differ from the rules in Pennsylvania. I can walk into a gas station in Wisconsin and buy beer or hard alcohol where as in Pennsylvania you must goto a beer distributor or to a state run liquor store. It is absurd.
